WHAT DOES MY PICNIC INCLUDE?

Each picnic includes charcuterie boards, picnic blankets, tables, pillows, candles, flowers, cups, plates, an ice bucket, ice, napkins, and utensils.

DO YOU HAVE OPTIONS FOR SPECIAL DIETS?

Special dietary requests? We are happy to accommodate most special diets. ​Depending on your diet, we will supplement your board with extra items such as fruits, vegetables, crackers and cheeses. Gluten free crackers and vegan cheeses are also available. Just let us know when you book.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

In Pittsburgh we have to get creative when the weather gets finicky. We can change the location, put up a canopy tent, or if it's real stormy we can reschedule to a sunnier day. In the event of a cancellation, you will be charged for your food and receive a refund for the remaining cost of your picnic. Blanket & Board will be at the park with your charcuterie boxes. 

 

HOW WILL I FIND YOU?

Once you book, you will receive contact information. A map of exactly where to meet for your picnic will be sent the day of. We will have a sign and a staff member waiting to greet you.

 

MAY I BOOK A LARGE PARTY?

Yes, however we encourage all large parties to take appropriate safety and social distancing precautions recommended by the CDC.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING DUE TO COVID-19?

Picnics are a great social distancing activity! Guests are encouraged to have a mask on when not eating.​ We will provide hand sanitizer, disposable cups, plates and cutlery to keep things sanitary. Additionally, our team will always use gloves and masks when setting up your event.​ All items at your picnic including linens and dishes are washed and sanitized after each and every picnic. 

​

WHAT IF I WANT MY PICNIC OUTSIDE THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH?

Currently, we operate mostly within city limits. If you would like to book something outside of those limits there will be an additional fee.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
